Mardon Recycling Machinery has confirmed it has installed two Mardon RamPack LH500 mill sized balers in a galvanised finish, for a new customer, Crediton Dairy Ltd.
“Crediton Dairy bale rejected tetrapak iced coffee cartons at their production factory, and because of the residue left behind during the baling process, a standard baler simply wouldn’t last,” said the company on LinkedIn. “The galvanised finish prolongs the life of the machines, prevents rusting and keeps everything running smoothly for years to come. On top of that, we built bespoke bund and splash plates so that as the material is being baled, the iced coffee drains and flows away cleanly, protecting the machines and keeping the operation running efficiently. The complete project was designed around their business requirements.”
