Flexo Concepts has confirmed that Phil Ryan has been appointed its next President.
During his 15-year tenure at Flexo Concepts, Ryan has built a deep understanding of the business and a strong record of cross-functional leadership. Starting in a Customer Service role, he has held positions including Production Manager, Procurement and Operations Analyst, Service & Supply Chain Manager, and most recently, Vice President of Operations & Technology. He has consistently played a key role in driving initiatives that support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
Most notably, Ryan has led efforts to modernize the business through projects related to digital transformation, the building of FC Marketplace (ecommerce site), paperless manufacturing, and the integration of AI-driven tools. His leadership has helped accelerate Flexo Concepts’ digital transformation, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiencies.

As part of this transition, CEO McLaughlin and former President Howell step into individual contributor roles and remain in the business. McLaughlin will focus on sales, business/market development, and key relationships, Howell on the company’s enterprise AI initiative, product development, and special projects.
