Local production strengthens Marbach in Latin America

Marbach has realigned its location in Mexico, thereby completing an important development step within the Marbach Group. With the move to Querétaro, the former sales office Troqueles Marbach de México has been developed into a manufacturing plant. Marbach is thus producing more of its products in Latin America and moving even closer to its customers.

To mark the start of production, Troqueles Marbach de México and Heidelberg Mexico hosted an open house on December 9 and 10, 2025, which was attended by around 100 guests. The managing directors of Marbach Heilbronn (Bernd Klenk), Marbach America (Fernando Pires), and Marbach Mexico (Sandro Sandoval) officially opened the new location together with plant manager Ivan Zarazua.

The open house focused on live demonstrations on the installed MK Promatrix 106 CSB from Heidelberg. The program was complemented by factory tours, specialist presentations, and personal discussions. Particular praise was given to the clear processes, the consistent application of the 5S method, and the high level of transparency and quality in production.

The open house was rounded off by a supporting program in the style of a “Marbach Oktoberfest,” which was organised by the employees with great commitment.

At the Querétaro site, Marbach will in future manufacture all common die variants – from classic and rotary dies to solutions for stripping and blanking. For customers, this means shorter delivery times, the elimination of customs clearance, and even closer technical support on site, with the same high Marbach quality.

In addition to production, the installed die-cutting machine will also be used for testing, customer training, and the presentation of new technologies.
