The company said in a statement, “Together with Göpfert, our production was modernised by commissioning the new RDC HBL line, equipped with a double rotary die-cutter unit. To ensure a smooth process, important planning was made in advance, including preparation of the production hall, installation of supply connections, coordination between technology, maintenance and production departments and detailed planning for construction and commissioning.”
The Göpfert RDC HBL is a high-precision high-board-line rotary die-cutter that can be pre-set with tooling during production thanks to the double rotary and turret system. The servo direct drive, vacuum transport and modern printing technology ensure the highest register and print quality as well as short set-up times.
