Reproflex3 has confirmed the appointment of Aditya Pangikal as Business Head of R3 India, the company’s operation supporting the packaging industry across India and key emerging markets in Southeast Asia.
R3 India is a sister organisation to R3 Middle East and Africa and forms an integral part of the global Reproflex3 Group.
Pangikal brings more than three decades of expertise in prepress and print, having held senior leadership roles with major multinationals in premedia and the print industry, working closely with global brands including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, Mondelēz and Ferrero Rocher. In his new role with Reproflex3, he will spearhead the expansion of the company’s prepress and flexo platemaking solutions across labels, flexibles and corrugated packaging throughout India and Southeast Asia.
