One of Egypt’s largest and most advanced containerboard machines is now online, as Greenliner has confirmed the successful startup of PM 1 at its 10th of Ramadan City mill. The first reel was run on 20th November.
“The mill is now running a state-of-the-art containerboard machine equipped with Egypt’s most advanced papermaking technology and the country’s largest production capacity,” said the company in a statement. “With PM 1 running, we are reshaping the Egyptian containerboard sector with world-class capacity, consistent strength, and technology aligned with global benchmarks.”
