Mondi Group has confirmed that Mondi Simet have been awarded the SA 8000:2014 certificate – one of the most demanding and respected standards for social responsibility and workplace ethics.
The assessment was based largely on direct conversations with employees, their experiences, honesty and feedback shaped the result. The SA 8000 standard sets exceptionally high expectations, respect for human rights, fair working conditions and remuneration, equal treatment and social dialogue. An independent organisation outside Poland confirmed the audit results, ensuring everything was fair and credible, showing that Mondi’s certification stands up to international scrutiny.
