Century has recently completed a successful installation of Century 1650 automatic die-cutter at a corrugated packaging company near Warsaw, in Poland.
“The machine was put into position on day one after the container arrived customer’s factory, thanks to our partner’s work. Century engineers then arrived and spent a few days for installation and training. We were grateful to have such a smooth teamwork,” said Kevin Lee of Century
The machine features a maximum sheet size of 1650 x 1200mm; minimum sheet size is 600 x 500mm and the maximum cutting force is up to 450Tons. The machine runs at a speed up to 5,500 sph. It has a high quality, gear driven lead edge feeder; the gear driven systems allow for stable and accurate performance. A central positioning system offers quick machine setup and job changes. Te machine also features double action stripping system, Gripper edge waste removal and an automatic batch ejection system.
