Australia-based BioPak has completed the acquisition of Queensland-based packaging company, Bygreen.
Known for producing Australia’s longest lasting paper straw, ‘Strong Straws’, Bygreen has been at the forefront of the sustainable packaging sector for over 30 years. The new partnership signifies a shared vision to reduce environmental impact through innovation, with Bygreen bringing its complementary product range – including EcoStraws, Strong Straws, One Tree Cutlery and Utensils ranges and Palm Leaf Tableware – and a valued customer base to the BioPak family.
The acquisition will also accelerate Bygreen’s position in the Australian market and bolster the company internationally, all while allowing BioPak to continue to deliver on its mission to lead the industry with the most comprehensive and innovative packaging solutions, championing a circular and sustainable future.
