After a successful development period, JKSP Services has formally released an exciting suite of additional process controls for the corrugator including steam, glue-gap and temperature-controlled wrap arms.
“These new solutions provide additional automation options for the corrugator to enable increased production and consistent quality with optimised steam and glue application. The Enhanced Process Controls (EPC) have been successfully trialled in several prototype installations with fantastic results,” says Simon Holmes, Sales & Marketing Director. JKSP. “The system is completely modular and can be designed and installed to compliment the specific needs of the customer and site as required. The modular design of EPC enables the customer to build a process control system to complement their initial requirements and very importantly, their available budget. Additional modules can then be added as and when required. Designed to be a low cost, high benefit system, EPC will provide a very fast ROI.”
EPC can form part of or be added to an existing AirBond system, or installed as a modular stand-alone on all makes, ages and models of corrugators.
