eProductivity Software (ePS) has confirmed the appointment of Micky Abhold as Chief Customer Officer.
In this new executive leadership role, Abhold (pictured left) will oversee global professional services and support services, with a focus on delivering faster time-to-value, expanding knowledge across teams, and ensuring consistent, measurable outcomes for customers worldwide.
Abhold’s appointment reflects ePS’ continued investment in its customers and a strategic focus on enabling long-term success across its ERP, MES, and process control deployments.
