Amtech Software has confirmed the appointment of Billy Medof to its Board of Directors.
Medof (pictured left) brings more than two decades of leadership experience in packaging, procurement, and operations. He currently serves as an Operating Partner at Altamont Capital Partners, focused on supporting investments in the packaging sector.

Medof’s appointment was sourced through the external board program operated by Vista Equity Partners, a majority shareholder in Amtech. Vista’s board program, launched in 2017, identifies and prepares highly qualified board candidates through strategic training and partnerships. The initiative aims to place experienced and diverse leaders across its portfolio to help drive long-term results.
