Rusken Packaging has confirmed it has completed the acquisition of Select Products Inc. (SPI), headquartered in Manchester, TN, approximately 61 miles east of Nashville, TN. The acquisition is effective as of August 29, 2022.
Family-owned, SPI has been operating for approximately 14 years with a wide array of corrugated kitting and assembly capabilities. The SPI team takes pride in their ability to provide customized corrugated packaging solutions and assembled kits specific to their customers’ needs.
“This strategic acquisition is a continuation of our plans to grow our footprint in the Southeast and beyond,” says David Ortiz, VP of Operations. “Rusken Packaging is committed to improving our processes via new technology so that we can better service our customer base.”
SPI and Rusken’s combined growth in Manchester, TN will be led by Rusken’s Tim Hughes, working alongside John Greenwood and Josh Wood, the current management team at SPI.
