Jarshire has made a good start to the new year with the announcement of an order from Manchester-based Weedon Corrugating Products for a set of Dasong corrugating rolls. Weedon has chosen to replace existing equipment with RMM Dasong B flute corrugating rolls, due for delivery in February/March.
Production Director Paul McCormack, says the company opted for Dasong on the basis of the tungsten coating technology used for super-micro flutes, notably the prolonged roll life and competitive price. He comments, “Jarshire has already proved important to our company with the supply of Renova brakes and chucks, a Renova Moviroll, a Jarshire reel saver and tungsten carbide slitting blades for our Fosber corrugator and I trust them to offer the best option for our production needs”.
Jarshire are the official UK agent for American Baler as well and has supplied Weedon with spare parts for their baler.
