U.S. Partnership

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) has become a minority owner of CompanyBox. The investment was effective November 22, 2019.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, CompanyBox was formed in 2014 by Louie DeJesus and the DeJesus family. It uses proprietary workflow processes and software to be one of the few companies in the U.S. to have mastered web to print in packaging, customizing and selling products through the Internet. The company will continue to operate under the leadership of Louie DeJesus.

“We are very excited about investing in and becoming a minority owner of CompanyBox. Louie DeJesus and the entire CompanyBox team bring innovation, speed-to-market and full customization to the on-line packaging marketplace,” said Will Kress, President and CEO of Green Bay Packaging. “The CompanyBox family culture is a perfect fit to work alongside our team at GBP.”

Louie DeJesus, President and CEO of Company Box, added, “Green Bay Packaging complements our existing presence as we continue to grow. This is a wonderful opportunity for our business and our clients, and we look forward to partnering with them.”

Bryan Hollenbach, GBP Executive Vice President, added, “We are thrilled to be working with the CompanyBox team. They have cutting-edge capabilities and most importantly, an extremely intelligent team that has their ear to the marketplace. We feel the GBP team can help CompanyBox continue their staggering growth rate and be the leader in packaging customization.”
