Ongoing Success for Weipong

Jimmy Hsiao, CEO of Weipong Machinery, has confirmed the company has secured more than half a dozen significant orders for converting lines, all of which are to be supplied during the first half of 2020.

“We are happy to report that we have sold machines to customers in Vietnam, Russia, Egypt and the UK recently, with several other orders processed where the customer has requested no publicity,” explains Hsiao. “The machine for Vietnam is a Venus-1227 FG-B offline folder gluer, for a company called Sovi. In Russia, we will be installing a Venus-1627 SSTK-B three colour rotary die-cutter at Mari Carton Manufacture Ltd in Yoshkar-Ola. We then have a two colour Venus-1225 SSTK-B rotary die-cutter going to Nile Valley Co in Egypt and a three colour Venus-1025 FFG casemaker going to RH Fibreboard in the UK.”

Fakhreldin Elnaggar, Sales Director, says, “We had a good year in 2019 and we are looking forward to continuing the momentum in 2020. We are proud to be working with some well respected companies all over Europe, the Middle East and Asia and hope to continue building on our own reputation for years to come.”
