ND Paper Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nine Dragons Paper Limited, is planning a $49m conversion of an existing commercial building in Wisconsin into a full service box plant. The new plant will be located near FoxConn’s flat panel screen plant, which is scheduled to open in late 2020.
Nine Dragons Paper, the largest containerboard producer in Asia, established ND Paper in the U.S. in 2018. With three newly-acquired mills in Maine, Wisconsin, and West Virginia, the company has stated its intent to be a leading North American producer of pulp and paper products, including containerboard.
