William Langley (24) has been appointed to the main Langley Holdings board following three years as managing director of the group’s Reader Cement Products subsidiary, which he retains executive responsibility for.
Michael Neale (64) formerly a partner at Smith & Williamson, the group’s auditors and financial advisors, joins the Langley Holdings board after more than 30 years as principal financial advisor to the group.
