Bahmüller has taken completely new technological paths in folding dynamics for the CL 11 and CL 13 Inline casemakers.
The brand new and patent applied ‘Flowbelt’ folding technology enables high-quality folding processes at maximum speeds, even with light weight papers. The blanks are guided precisely and parallel to the scoring line and the application of force is always linear and close along the folding line. This feature of the newly developed folding dynamic makes the difference, especially in high performance Multibox operations. Three separate and specially shaped pairs of folding belts with sectional servo drives carry out the folding process with optimum folding dynamics.
