José M. Guibert, Managing Director of Tiruña, and Massimiliano Bianchi, President and Managing Director of Fosber Group, have confirmed that both parties have now signed the final documentation that sees Fosber Group taking a majority share-holding in Tiruña, the Spanish manufacturer of corrugating rolls.
The signing of the contracts, which was undertaken on Thursday, 30th May, was the culmination of the joint announcement that was made to the market in February this year.
“We are glad to have the deal ratified,” confirms Guibert. “It is an exciting time for us, as we become a member of the Fosber family. We very much look forward to the future, esepcially as we prepare to enter our 100th year of business in 2021.”
“It is a great step for us, as we now bring into our Group one of the premier suppliers of corrugating rolls,” states Bianchi. “We welcome the entire team at Tiruña into the Fosber family and look forward to extending our mutual collaborations.”
