Neo Yang, P&G China Go To Market Package Innovation Director. He has been working in P&G for 16 years. He is the innovator of P&G China eCommerce SIOC package (little green box) and P&G reusable package (big green box). He is leading the P&G customization package, eCommerce package and reusable package innovation for all P&G brands in China.
Benicio is a Principal Engineer in Packaging Engineering at Dell Technologies, with over 19 years of Packaging related experiences in the IT industry. He specializes in developing packaging solutions that optimize cost, performance, and sustainability. His experience shows that when sustainable packaging is designed correctly, with the right supply chain, then costs can be at parity or less. As a lead engineer on Dell’s development teams, Benicio was at the forefront of introducing eco-friendly, game changing materials such as Molded Paper Pulp, Ocean Bound Plastic, and Pollution Ink. These packaging solutions offer lower cost and better performance that delights customers and makes a healthier planet.
Benicio holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Chun Yuan Christian University located in Taiwan. His prior experience includes leadership roles at Compal, IBM and Inventec. In his free time, Benicio enjoys traveling, weightlifting, and most of all, playing board games with his three lovely daughters.
Jenny Fang lead WestRock global paper division for Gr. China region since 2016, she dedicate to promote the sustainable packaing solution with varied consumer brands by leveraging WestRock extensive portfolio of differentiated solutions and leading positions in growing marketes around the world. Before she join WestRock, she served few leading MNC companies across consumer packaging, ink and paperboard industries and used to lead new business and product development. with over 20 years packaging related experience, she has unique position with industial knowhow to bring innovative concept to sustainable packaging solution for local market.
Kate Bezar is the co-founder of the Better Packaging Co., a New Zealand-based company which has become, in just three years of operation, the premiere supplier of sustainable packaging for eCommerce. As a result they have revolutionised the market with their innovative, sustainable packaging solutions founded on Circular Economy principles and the premise that ‘waste is a design flaw’.
Phil Stafford is the Director, Global Channels at Digimarc Corporation responsible for managing key strategic partner relationships and helping new and current partners develop business opportunities with their brand and retail customers. He also supports technical implementation of all printing technologies used to reproduce Digimarc watermark technology. Phil has more than 30 years of packaging, agency and manufacturing experience. His background includes global branding, consumer packaging, brand protection, localization, print technologies and mobile shopping solutions.
I am a technical chief engineer of Shanghai Jielong Paierpu Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., deeply engaged in the pulp tray industry for 20 years+. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the mechanical design and manufacturing (mechanical structure, mold, transmission, sheet metal, pneumatic, hydraulic, cooling, lubrication, non-standard parts, metal, plastic and paper fiber characteristics, standard parts selection, etc.), pulp tray product design, heating system design (boiler or electric heating), electrical process principles, technical management, project management. During my work period, i successfully designed three pulp automatic molding machines and three pulp food packaging production lines, and obtained three invention patents, two utility model patents, three pulp automatic molding machine appearance patents and seven software copyrights.

Ciaran has been working for Smithers for nearly twenty years supporting the packaging, print and paper value chains with key market and technical information in the form of conferences, reports and consulting. Ciaran has worked on winning and delivering a wide range of market consultancy projects to major industry players, recent projects include a global assessment of printing and packaging growth trends and market assessment for a major new product launch for one of the world’s largest packaging converters.
Ciaran has launched and managed many international conferences in this sector including Digital Print for Packaging, SustPack, Specialty Papers and Print Futures.
Si Chen, Amcor’s business development director in China, is mainly responsible for e-commerce packaging, smart packaging, as well as the total solution with packaging equipment in Greater China. In terms of E-commerce packaging, Amcor has established a Global SME team, as a member of the team, has lead Amcor China built up strategic and business partnership with JD, Alibaba(Cainiao), MeiTuan, Dingdong, etc., is very experience in E-Commerce packaging standard, E-Commerce packaging development, sustainable packaging, etc.
In the past few years, Amcor has selected some excellent eco system partners through global and Chinese platforms in the field of smart packaging, and jointly provided many valuable smart packaging consulting and solutions to customers in the industry. Duan Yanjian holds a master’s degree in packaging engineering, graduated from Jiangnan University. Now he’s responsible for logistics and packaging technique in JD Logistics. In 2017, he has launched “Green Stream Initiative” with several brands which aims to promote green and sustainable development of the end-to-end supply chain (B2B2C) along with upstream and downstream enterprises.
Besides, he has founded green corrugated packaging alliance and e-commerce packaging standard alliance in order to promote e-commerce packaging standard and industrial certification, also remodel supply chain packaging of e-commerce.
He has been involved in the drafting and revising of dozens of national/industry packaging standards.
