Rengo has confirmed that Thai Containers Group Co Ltd, a joint venture between Rengo and SCG Packaging Public Co Ltd, has completed the acquisition of an 80 per cent stake in eastern Jakarta, Indonesia-based PT Indocorr Packaging Cikarang. With this move, Rengo now has seven corrugated and folding carton operations in Indonesia, thanks to the acquisition of PT Primacorr Mandiri in September 2013, PT Indoris Printingdo in December 2014 and the four existing plants operated by PT Surya Rengo Containers.
