CCCA announces leadership change

The Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association (CCCA) announces that Allen Kirkpatrick will assume the leadership role of Executive Director of the association, effective December 1, 2016. Kirkpatrick replaces David Andrews who has decided to take a voluntary retirement from that position. Andrews will remain on the Board as a Director and to assist in the transition of management responsibilities.

Kirkpatrick was formerly with Norampac, a division of Cascades Canada Inc. and Domtar Packaging where he held various and increasingly challenging line and staff management positions. He is a former Chairman of the Paper and Paperboard Packaging Environmental Council (PPEC), a position he held for four years, and he also served on the Board of the Packaging Association of Canada. He brings to the position a wide array of corrugated and containerboard industry experience gained over a 38-year career. He will be based in the CCCA’s Brampton, Ontario office.
